For Custom Made/ Made To Order Products, we will credit the refund amount on your www.southindianboutique.com account with store credits.
Refunds will show on your account 4-5 business days from the day we receive your returned item or payment can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Items return claim is only acceptable only in case the items are not designed as per the customer requirements.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you.
- Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging.
- We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit.

- There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order.
- Goods are faulty if they are received damaged (Usually this won’t happen as we will provide the best packing so there is no such scenario the items will be damaged during shipping from us).
- Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
